Facebook Privacy SettingsFacebook has become a hugely popular social website. It touts a monstrous 175 million users which includes some very prominent people, but mostly people like you and I. With that many users there are bound to be some issues that arise.

One of the biggest problem (socially and legally) is the problem is users privacy. Do you keep information open to everything or only to contacts, do you delete information when a user deletes the profile or do you keep it for historical reasons? How about managing who views what? These are questions which plague all social sites. Facebook has taken many large hits in this area as it has some different rules, as we’ll call them, than other sites.

So what can you do to protect your information on Facebook? AllFacebook.com has compiled a very good list of what you can do. They outlines some of the basics that people should know (like setting your privacy levels) to some interesting tips which some of us may not know about, like using a Friends List.

Hopefully with these settings you can lock your profile nice and tight so that no unwanted soul see’s your information (or party pictures).

Credit Crisis Explained By Awesome VideoWondering how the US got into the credit crunch? Ever think how all those `rich’ people suddenly become more broke than us? Well, fear no more. Everything is beautifully explained in this wonderful video on Vimeo.

It explains everything from the start where the sun was shining and we were dancing. All the way to where it was raining cats and dogs of formally rich people. It’s not exactly detailed, but it does describe the basics of what happened.

YouTube : Blue Mind – Hana Yori Dango piano – Youtube Script Test.

Edit: This is a test of the Youtube WordPress plugin that adds videos from Youtube and makes them a regular post on your blog. The code is still in beta, but hopefully it will be available to everyone soon. Good luck Altari!

Well, this is my first video as a beginner piano player.

The song is “Blue Mind” from the live action japanese romance comedy Hana Yori Dango (1 and 2). It’s played here and there in the show.

I apologize for the bad quality of the video and sound, but I have no better video recording equipment other than a ancient canon S50 Powershot.

Hope you enjoy.

Update: As it was pointed out, there are some sound errors due to youtubes encoding. I’ll see if I can find a nice solution to it soon.

I don't think WP SEO is all about just the 'SEO'. I'm rather sure a good part of it is the actual design of the page. Of course the keywords, tags and everything like that is important. Though it's also important how the site looks.

If it weren't the case, no one would ever change their design. Also, you would never hear such a thing like "The new site redesign increased our conversion by 15%". Thus, looks have to be a important and integral part of SEO.

So what makes a good SEO design? That is a darn good question. I'd sure like to find it out. Until I know how, I'm going to go by the idea that functionality is the most important aspect. Also, I'm looking at some of the blogs from the top marketers and trying to integrate their designs into my blog.

Hope this turns into a nice business venture. Yey for 'another' social media platform that we'll have to use.
